Had this sat in the dining room, we had Fish Fingers and Chips for tea tonight, Thursday 2nd July 2026, we're about to watch the last four episodes of The Mentalist, we're going to be so sad when it ends as it's been a wonderful watch. Pours straw yellow, light haziness, mid/large white head. A touch floral on the nose but yeah quite subtle, dry with a background bitterness, however it could be better in this department it's all a little bit safe. Tastewise much like the other beer that I had from these guys, it could be better, maybe they're quite new, starting out, anyway it's ok. Score: 6.3

Bottle picked up from Beyond Beer webshop Hamburg and consumed at home Sunday 21st June 2026, listening to Panic Shack - Panic Shack and contemplating cooking Prawns, Feta and Chorizo in a Tomato sauce in the wood oven later. Pours light gold, hazy, white head. Taste is a little simple, I'm picking up a tiny bit of butteryness, soft mouthfeel, light maltiness, gentle bitterness. It's okay but wish I'd have reached out for a Schönramer now. Score: 6.1
