About
Oersoep is een craft beer brouwerij met een grote liefde voor droge, zure, hoppige en funky bieren. Creativiteit, ambacht en plezier zijn de kern van Oersoep. De brouwerij is volledig gefinancierd door crowdfunding. In 2023 verhuisd van het voormalige Honig-terrein naar het Waalplein, waar nu het Oersoep Brouwlab zit. Grote batches bier worden (voorlopig) elders gebrouwen.

Hazy golden with white head. Sour grain, hay, wheat, dank mango juice and citric sour, oats too. Moderate sweet and bitter and medium sour. Medium body and soft carbonation. Quite a raging sour when paired to tabasco drained pizza.

Bottle at home from Jumbo, Utrecht, 27th January 19. Pours a clear light copper colour. Aroma is citrus, metallic. Taste is pine, bitter, citrus, light caramel, grainy bitter citrus pith finish. Not a bad beer, easy going stuff.

Sianowata lambikowatosc z nutkami slodkich owocow. Jak na razie najlepsze. I do tego milo niecodzienne. Ma ciut goryczki i tanin? 3.8

Bottle at home from Sterk, Amsterdam, 20th January 19. Pours jet black, big off white head, that grows, very carbonated. Aroma is soy, dark malts, cocoa, sharp. Taste is bitter, orange, floral, cocoa. Bitter cocoa and citrus pith finish. Carbonation is far too high, but luckily this settles down. Great to get some fresh BIPAs. This is good

Hazy yellow colour with no head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of juicy, sweet mango. Relatively bitter, green, grassy hop notes.
