Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from Whole Foods, Lynnfield MA. Appearance is dark brown with mahogany, effervescent sparkle, and 1/2-finger width creamy head with nice retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is lightly roasted malt with dark fruit, noble hops, and hint of chocolate. Taste is as aroma. Palate is medium bodied with thin, creamy texture, soft carbonation and crisp, dry texture. Overall, this is a pretty decent Schwarzbier. Not sure why rated so low.

Čovjek bi pomislio da je ovo iz Kine ali nije, ovo je iz Brazila. Druga iz Brazila do sada. Izgledom me oduševilo. Lijepa bijela postojana pjena a moja naračasto žuta i mutna. Ima i lijepi miris, voćni miris sa nekom dozom meda, naravno zbog poštene količine hmelja. U opisu piše da su korišteni Nelson Sauvin, Cascade i Summit hmeljevi. Prekrasno! U okusu isto prevladava voćni okus ali nije nametljiv. Stvarno odličan lager, jedan od boljih koje sam probao u zadnje vrijeme, u samom vrhu moje lager liste. Jedna od onih piva koje su me ugodno iznenadili jer sam mislio da je puno lošije. Što se tiče lagera ovo je ocjena 5/5!

Adding a pre-Ratebeer beer that I’m not going to have again. Originally had in Sorrento, April 2015. Sweet surgary. Enjoyable enough. The bar owner was interested to see what I thought as he thought it was horrible.

Ein schwarzes Bier mit einenm starken süßen Einschlag. Allerlei interessante Aromen ohne wirkliche Basis. Ein verrücktes Bier, das zwar das Zeug zum Abenteuer hat, aber keine Geschmacksfreude.

Barwa słomkowa. Piana dość gęsta ale rzadka, jak mydliny. Aromat słodowy. W smaku typowy eurolager, trochę zamulające. Niska goryczka.

Heller fruchtiger Antrunk, stark hefig. Erfrischend, leicht bitter, erfrischend. Weich, sehr süffig. 10/11/11/11//10

Hyvin tumma, colanruskea olut pienehköllä vaahdolla. Coca colaltahan tämä näyttää ulkoisesti. Tuoksu kevyen sokerinen ja jopa aavistuksen vaniljainen sekä leipäisen mämminen. Maku ei kuitenkaan ole samalla tasolla. Olut ikäänkuin soljuu kurkusta alas sen kummemmin miltään maistumatta, karkeasti sanottuna. Tarkemmin analysoituna aavistuksen sokerinen, hitusen vaniljainen, heikosti maltainen ja jälkimaultaan metallinen. Suutuntuma keskitäyteläinen, pehmeä ja miedosti hiilihappoinen kokonaisuus. Kun ottaa valmistusmaan huomioon, on tämä ihan positiivinen yllätys. Muutoin ei herätä hurraahuutoja.
