Description
On a small abandoned farm back in 2002 William Frank and Else Birk started a small brew house focusing on quality and good craftsmanship. The brewery was not far from where the Grauballe man (a bog body that was uncovered in 1952 from a peat bog) was found - hence the name Grauballe Bryghus.
Grauballe Bryghus was in these premises until the year 2013. By then it had grown so big that it was time to move to larger premises where it is today.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, frothy white head. Taste: Malt, notes of yeast, bread and yellow fruit. Some bitterness in the finish. Medium body, above medium carbonation. Maybe this is a revival of the 2014 Broøllen?

Bottle 50 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a tiny, white head. Sweet, malty nose with a hint of honey. Light body, malty, hayish, lovely flowery touch and again those honey accents. Next to no hops at all. The definition of a mainstream beer, that offends no-one - only with its blandness. 230617
