В аромате легкая сладость вместе с грушами и немного яблок как от сока покупного. Цвет бледно желтый, прозрачный без пены. Вкус намного слабее, очень противная кислота лимонная от начала до финиша, ялоки есть но и все. Проходняк и вообще не зачет.

unlike the 4.1% this one is corked and caged, and opens more like a champaigne. aroma of yeast, mild apple juice, dryness. flavor is sweet apple juice, leather, bubbly for my preferences, tastes too much like apple juice, too little like cider.

1 litre bottle from alcampo oretava aroma of leather and very tart and sour apple, aroma fits the spanish more raw cider style that i like a lot. there is a faint note resembling gasoline. flavor is sweetened apple , dryness on teeth and tounge, there are tart and sour notes but they seem to be drowned out by dilution and sugar. bit of a let down from the quite interesting aroma.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a clear yellow with no head. Clean apple aroma with a faint note of tannis. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet, clean apple notes with hardly any tartness. Just a wee step above apple juice and hence very drinkable. 200524

Pours hazy golden with no head. Aroma and taste: sour apples, sulfur and barnyard. Dry and sour. Refreshing.

Grabbed hoping for new Spain region but at least a nice cider so settled for latter. Deep gold colored settling flat after initial large head. Nose is honey and flower blossoms. Tastes of deep honey but not in cloying sweet way, apple backbone, wild blossoms, fresh grass. Some sweetness balanced nicely. Hit the spot.

Caña en el lúpulo feroz Oviedo 15..12..2019. Color amarillento casi transparente con fina capa de espuma blanca que desaparece al poco tiempo casi por completo. Sabores a Sidra con refresco de limon gasificada. Esto ya lo hacía yo hace años cuando mezclaba la sidra casera con kas de limon solo que esta aún tiene menos sabor a lo uno y lo otro. De todas maneras no está mal como un pequeño refresco diferente y para quitar la sed momentáneamente. Normal.
