330ml. bottle as part of Beery Christmas 2021, Day #21. @home, 21/12/2021 [#4.646 Global - #77 Italy - #4 Birra del Borgo] Pours reddish with a quicly diminishing white head. No lacing. Aroma: strong sweet malts, wood and yeast. Taste: bread, sweet malts, burnt caramel and toffee. Some raisins as well. Long sweet mouthfeel. Next one please!

Bottle from the Beer Hawk Advent Calendar. Aroma is sour, a milky sourness, with sweet dark fruits and caramel. Opaque dark Toffee brown. Bubbly translucent white head soon thins out. Initial sour vinous and citrus hit, followed by sweet dark fruit and caramel. The vinous element remains throughout. Medium-heavy bodied. Oily. Low key fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Enjoyable stuff - the combination of sweet and sour works.

2021 edition 8% abv. Dark amber to red color , clear, thick offwhite head, lasting. Flavor of caramelized malts, raisins, orange peel, spices, honey. Relatively ligth body clean finish with nice balsamic dry bitter notes. Finish with spices honey and lavender. Quite nice, juicy, christmas beer

Tap at Bella Italia Darlington. Gluten Free. Golden amber colour, thin white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of malt, grainy, earthy. Taste is malt, caramel, fruity, with citric hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation dry bitter finish. Quite drinkable.
