Bottled. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Araoms is sweet malts, caramel, some fruits, nmild meaty notes along with some smoke, peat and wood. Flavour is peat, some smoked wet wood, caramel, toffee and some mild meaty notes.A bit earthy as it warms up.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is earthy malts, some citrus and mild herbal tones. Flavou ris herba, some grassy, grainy, mild earthy and some slight citrus tones with quite evident bitterness in the finish.

--Bottled. -- Clear amber, small head. Aroma of mirabelles, marzipan and citrus. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and velvetty with mirabelles, citrus and elderflowers. Low bitterness.

Bottle at clandestino Ferrara. Pours a very dark brown with absolutely no head. Aroma is rich and very woody, some herbal and licorice (!) Notes. Big body. Flavour is malty, sweet, very rich, very oaky. Definitely can taste those 4 years! Some light acidity that helps cut the sweetness slightly. Light licorice. Interesting beer, not super balanced and very woody, but fascinating and quite tasty.

On tap at clandestino Ferrara. Pours a nice clear amber with a big frothy head. Aroma is spicy, yeast, herbal. Medium body. Flavour is malty, not very sweet, herbal and spiced, very drinkable. A nice Belgian ale, drinkable and pleasant.

On tap at clandestino Ferrara. Pours a nice amber to copper, big frothy head. Flavour is malty, very spiced with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, anise, medium bitterness with herbal hops. Quite nice!

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a teku glass. Clear amber brown colour, fair frothy beige head, half-way lasting, good lacing. Sweet malts, light roast, caramel, raisins, sugar syrup, some liquorice. Taste above medium sweet and slightly bitter, malty, some roast, burnt caramel, some liquorice, coffee notes, light alcohol notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, smooth malty sweetbitter aftertaste, roasty notes, well-balanced, good.
