Bottle, 5.6% as Irlbacher Premium Weihnachts-Festbier. Clear golden colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is lagery and citric. Has a little spicy hoppiness, but quite subtle. Quite malty, but also a little papery. Well-balanced and not bad.

50cl bottle at Ship & Mitre, Liverpool. Pale clear gold, lasting thin white head. Spikey white pepper hop aroma. A lightish style pils with very good tongue tingling finish. Rather a good, very slightly yeasty lemon aroma. OK in mouth, decent lemon finish. A little light in mouth and flavour. Good for what it is.

500ml bottle bought at Reading BF 09, drunk at home. Paleish gold very thin white head. Now in no way is this the best lager in the world, but I really like this, I just find it goes down so well. Just enough bite on the finish to make me want to drink it again and very good flavour on the swallow. I liked it.
