Description
We’re Josh and Frankie, husband and wife. We set up The Park Brewery in 2014 with the aim of creating really sumptuous juicy beers. Hop forward, stand out ales to be savoured and enjoyed.
Inspired by the new wave of microbreweries surfacing at the time, and loving the great beers coming through, Josh purchased a home brew kit to learn more about the process and started experimenting with the wonderful world of hops.
We named ourselves The Park Brewery due to our location, next to our favourite open space – Richmond Park. In an increasingly fast paced world, time out and nature is really important to us. We like to think our beer represents this – a moment to reflect – beer to be considered and enjoyed.

Craft 100. Clapham. Cask. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Smooth pale malts, sweetish. Tangy fruits - mild tangerine and mango more that passion fruits and papaya. Touch of spice. Light semi dry crispy finish. Nice enough.

Cask at Craft 100, 06/10/16. Hazed golden amber with a decent off white head. Nose is juicy tropical fruits, papaya, melon, orange, toasted bread, citric kissed straw. Taste comprises tangerine, melon, papaya, soft bread, tangerine, grassy, chalky minerals. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok sipper but overly mineral and lacking in hops for the style.

Cask at Craft 100 - fall 2016. Pours lightly hazy gold with a frothy, white head. The nose holds some juicy, rindy citrus, light melon, tangerine. Light sweet flavour with sturdy rindy bitterness, mild minerality, dried pale bread, tangerine peel. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with more rindy bitterness, citrus fruits, minerals, straw. Enjoyable.

Cask at Craft 100. It pours cloudy dirty orange with a medium white head. The aroma is sweet, juicy, sticky, mango, papaya, passion fruit, tinned fruits, orange muffin and sugar. The taste is bitter - sweet, sticky, pine, resin, mild astringency, leather, pithy citrus, tropical fruits, papaya, mango and some spice with a pretty dry, almost astringent finish. Aroma is rather nice, but taste is a touch drying.
