Can at home picked up from the taproom in Bermondsey. A pale champagen coloured pour with a fine white fizz. Aroma is light floral meadow, earthy honey, waxy, light smoke. Flavour is composed of crisp, lemon rind, floral notes, crisp minerality in the finish. Palate is light and crisp, light tart, highish spritzy carbonation. Not bad.

Can at home picked up from the Gosnells tap in Bermondsey. A clear pinkish red coloured pour with a halo of pink head that fades. Aroma is salty alcohol, some solvent, red berries, paint, some floral notes. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, sweet cherry, floral notes, salt, mellow solvent, floral notes. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, moderate carbonation. Just a bit odd. Tastes higher boost than it is.

(Bottle) Pale golden colour with brief, bubbly head. Fruity, spicy nose with honey, apples, herbs (meadowsweet possibly) and biscuits. Fruity, slightly spicy taste with notes of apples, honey, herbs, mandarin and biscuits. Medium body, quite sweet (but not overly so). Tasty and well balanced. Easy drinking mead. Quite nice.

Sample courtesy of mR_fr0g, cheers Fergus! Clear very pale yellow gold colour, white foam head and aroma of honey, flowery. Taste is sweet, honey, caramel, floral, fruity, white grape. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying fruity finish. Quite drinkable

Sample courtesy of mR_fr0g, cheers Fergus! Slightly hazy pale yellow gold colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of mint, lime, citrus zesty. Taste is fruity, tart, passionfruit, lime zest, lemon, mint, coconut hint, acidic. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying sour lemon citric finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is honey, floral, kiwi fruit, juicy, with light citric acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, lingering kiwi fruity notes at the finish. Quite drinkable.

Tap at the bermondsey tap room. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting white head. Aroma is semi sweet, vague peach, light grains, apple, light honey coated cereal, grass, apricot. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, honey coated cereals, juicy apple, peach, nectarine, peach. Palate is semi sweet, easy going, moderate carbonation. Fine.

Flavour is composed of semi sweet, apple juice, herbal sage, touched by smoke, juicy, thyme. Lingering herbals. Palate is semi sweet, mellow carbonation. Decent. Ok

Aroma is semi sweet, earthy honey, apple, waxy, plastic, woody notes, twist of lemon. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, white sugar, white grape, subdued, Palate is semi sweet, little watery, moderate fine carbonation. Fine.
