Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida è limpida e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è nella norma. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è poco incisivo. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, resina e agrumi.

Can at Hummingbird Coffee, Piper City, IL. Decent beer smell under the tab. Golden color under a thick head. Taste, though, runs overly sweet. Adjuncts and some fusels. No more or less than I could expect from a revived old brand.

Pour is a dark almost brown with a huge white head. Aroma is oily malt with a small hop presence. Flavor is again a very sweet and oily malt with an almost nonexistent hop. No alcohol is felt thank God. Pretty poor effort.
