(On tap) Pours an almost clear pale golden with a handsome and creamy white head leaving laces. Lightly sweet honeyish aroma with a whiff of yeast. Light-bodied with lightly sweet pale malts and smooth and subdued notes of almond and honey. Also a whiff of yeast and phenols. Basically no bitterness. Again a pleasant light summer beer from Holbæk. And thankfully not overly sweet in spite of the added honey. 080808

RBESG08 grand tasting. Clear deep amber, thin beige head. OK fruity beer, bit too carbonated. But some nice fruit. Great fruit, some kind of apricot?
