[ As Søgaards Apricot Wheat ].Unclear - hazy medium amber orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, wheat, caramel sweet - maybe yeast, apricot. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, wheat, yeasty, tart apricot notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150528]
