375ml can into schooner glass. From Dan Murphys, Armidale. Still amber beer with thin white head. Patchy lacing. Light caramel nose. Mouthfeel is slightly zingy. Taste is bitter with some fruit and lingering umami. Very late dry pepper and caramel. Not bad, halfway between an English and a US IPA.

Can. Somewhat unclear amber with a white head. Aroma of passionfruit, mandarin, lychees, hibiscus, crackers. Rather sweet with rather vapid malt but nice tropical fruit and more bitterness than I was expecting. Not bad at all (and somewhere between Cooper's Session Ale and their XPA).

From a 375ml can on 10/2/2018. Bought as a novelty more than anything else. Pours a clear light golden with a biggish white head. The aroma is typical macro lager - almost imperceptible aside from some sweet malt, corn and stale grain. The flavour is a little better but only a little. An unimpressive sweet maltiness followed by a very gentle bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Not one of Hawkey's best moments.
