Can. Misted pale amber, a cm of white head. Grapefruit rind aroma with light bread, hints of peach and tropical fruit. Light bready sweetness, lots of citrus, more tropical notes than expected. Then pretty firm resinous bitterness. Good, straight ahead modern WCIPA.

Can. More gold than amber with a cm of white head that lasts well. Pomelo, pine and cracker aroma. Clean, bittersweet with lots of citrus and oily pine towards the fairly bitter finish. Hits the nail on the head (even the fact that it's maybe a little strong for what it offers).

2024 version is 13.2%, aged in Woodford Reserve Bourbon and Corowa Whiskey barrels. Black, a tan head struggles to form. Aroma of mocha, brioche, green nuts, whisky. Syrupy, low carbonation. Sweet with mocha, brioche or even Welsh cakes, roast that eats at the sweetness, boozy whisky undertones, peppery oak. Lots going on but I wonder whether things would have more room to move were it a little less strong. Still, good.
