Established in 2011 and commenced in 2013 brewing using Kemptown Brewery equipment. We moved to our own premises in Brighton in early 2015. We love cask beer and recognise its importance within UK beer culture. We respect the historic importance of German and Belgian brewers. We embrace the attitude, ingredients and flavour profiles of modern progressive beer styles and breweries from North America and beyond.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, pine - citrus, light grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a average to long duration, fruity hops, zesty, citrus, orange, pine, fruity, pale malt. Keg at Brighton BierHaus. It pours jet black with a decent tan head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, bitter - sweet, big coffee character, dark chocolate and toasted nut. The taste is dry, bitter - sweet, roasted malt, toasty, warming spice, plenty of coffee and dark chocolate with a dry, toasty finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Plenty of flavour for the Abv. Good stuff.
