Description
We started a Brewery as a means to contribute to a truly artisan craft. We believe in friendship before finance and are happy to help others in this industry as we have been helped by those who came before us. We are bold believers in the fact that a well made beer can cool your spirit and warm your soul.

Our flagship Mason Ale Works production brewery opened in 2017 at our San Marcos Urge Common House Location. Here JJ “Sweet Meat” Jimenez, our Director of Brewing Operations, helms the wheel. All of our can releases like our popular Jambi West Coast IPA and Respeto Mexican Lager are brewed and canned in these four walls. We also crank out an extensive line-up of one-off releases out of here.

Purple pour. Lactose and fruit. Milkshake type of beer. Very delicious. Almost like wine. A lot of grape.

Not bad but not great. Not up to this brewerie's standards. I get the vibe that the brewmaster was gone and the bean counters said we need to use these ingredients before they start to get old. Jack up the juice and it'll sell.

The aromas are malt and a blend of hops. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, a touch sweet up front with good body, carbonation and some bitter in the finish. Add in some toffee, dry grass and a bit of resin. Decent beer, not great but not bad.

Pint can, 8/20/22. Can’t remember where I got this. But of course I got it because I get every lawyer themed beer I see. Because, well, I’m a lawyer. Somehow. Currently public servant. Aspire to be in a strip mall someday. Hazy yellow, medium white head, good retention. Aroma of dank, earth, lemongrass. Taste is mango, pineapple, melon. Full bodied. Booze well hidden. Juicy, almost no bitterness. Which is an odd thing to say about something lawyer themed.

1 pint can. Pours a dark brown with moderate bubbly head. Aromas of sugary raisins, sweet chocolate and soft roasted malts. Flavors follow same with additional lactose. Not really getting any serious vanilla. Seems pretty simple; but maybe overly sweet due to too much lactose

Solid, straightforward Irish red, with a nutty, toasted quality underlined by notes of caramel, apple, and a slight floral bitterness. Nothing fancy, but still very good.
