Clear golden, thick foamy head initially. but not lasting. Grassy aroma, vinegar tones. Sour taste, refreshing but unexpected. Thin body.

Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace. [ As 1816 Hefe Weizen ].[ Trade by HenrikSoegaard ]. Unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, sour malt - yeast, fruity. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light acidic and bitter with a average to long duration, citrus tart, fruity, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle 500ml. @ [ pre TEODRBSG15 ] @ fonefan & Brugmansia House, Denmark. [ As 1816 Pils ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grass, citrus, tart. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, tart, citrus, grassy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150828]

From trade with fonefan, many thanks! 50cl bottle. Pours clear chestnut brown with a small beige head. Aroma of smoked malt, ham, sweet fruits. Taste is smoky, ham, sweet malt, sugar, high carbonation.

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours light hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma of very light fruits and grain. Flavour is light sweet and sour. Light bodied with light carbonation.
