Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, sour malt - yeast, fruity. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light acidic and bitter with a average to long duration, citrus tart, fruity, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grass, citrus, tart. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, tart, citrus, grassy. From trade with fonefan, many thanks! 50cl bottle. Pours clear chestnut brown with a small beige head. Aroma of smoked malt, ham, sweet fruits. Taste is smoky, ham, sweet malt, sugar, high carbonation.

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours light hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma of very light fruits and grain. Flavour is light sweet and sour. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Sampled @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015 Trübes blass goldgelbe Bier mit einer geringen weißen Schaumkrone. geruch sehr hopfig, grasig bitter, getreidig. Geschmack leicht säuerlich, Käse, schwach hopfig, getreidig.
