Cask at Elephant & Castle. Hazed looking and foamy head. Nose is sweet apple. Taste like non-alcoholic cider. Rich sweet apples. Eason honey crisp are eating apples for drinking though not my thing too sweet. Some wine and florals also on palate.

22 Oz Bomba. hazy gritty murky yellow brown. Almost no carbonation. Deep apple and spice nose. Light vanilla oak and apple.

Bottle from the lcbo. Murky brown pour, with a small white head. Aroma is fresh cut apples, cinnamon, honey and light yeast. Perfect mouth feel, carb is very soft. Finish is sweet apples, apple juice, freshly cut apple skins, light cinnamon and nutmeg. Wow this is impressive.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a clearish honey gold with some bubbles. Apple skin and fruit aromas with honey, and notes of melon. Blood orange on the palate as it warms with more apple. Enjoyable mild funk on the finish.
