Dunkler, etwas karamelliger Beginn. Kräftiger Hopfen, eher Westcoast als New England. Alkoholisch, herb, karamellig bleibend. Deutliche Bitterkeit, trockener Hintergrund. Mittellanger Abgang. Gut. 9/11/9/11/9/10

Herber, süß getreidig-hellmalziger Beginn. Süffig, moderat würzig, die Hopfigkeit steigt leicht an. Spritzig, zum Mittelteil deutlich herber, erfrischend. Langer Nachgeschmack. 12/10/11/10/9/10

0.33 l bottle from 'Craft Bier Bude', best before March 2022. Hazy, orange with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity aroma of tangerine, orange and some mango. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity, slightly juicy taste of tangerine, orange and mango, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly resiny finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Intensely hoppy, nicely fruity Pale Ale, well done!

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Juicy, tropical and citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, sugary malty background, notes of orange, orange peel, additionally a conglomerate of unspecific yellow fruit. Taste slightly bitter, zesty, citrusy fruity hoppy, sugary pale malty, notes of mandarine, orange, orange zest, some zesty bitterness, a minimally mineral, chalky touch. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft, slightly dry palate, fine, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation. Not exactly a NEIPA to my understanding, neither in apparance nor taste, rather a citrusy but not piney West Coast IPA with rather sugary malty backbone - OK brew, but not convincing as what it wants to be.
