(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 7 Sep 2024) Pale pinkish orange colour with brief head. Fruity nose with citrus, passionfruit, mango and hibiscus. Fruity, tart taste with notes of blood orange, pink grapefruit, mango, passionfruit and hibiscus. Low bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. A bit odd, but quite refreshing. Quite nice.

0.33l bottle from HP, huge thanks! Murky dark purple body, tiny off-white head. Strawberry-rhubarb notes in the aroma, bit candyish, bit tart, lightly earthy. Dry taste, sour, randomberry - yeah, maybe blackcurrant but the lactic & fruity tartness is so strong it covers anything resembling aromatics. These guys have the weirdest Brett ever, like, not bretty at all, but cleanly, extremely strongly lactic. Almost like it's not Brett, hah. Not sure... but it's a bit too much.

Draught. Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is floral, some bretty elements as well as mild tart wood and fruits. Flavour is fruity, floral, berryish with some peach, mild soap as well as some herbal tones. Nice mellow bitterness.

Bottle, thx Henrik. Misty amber-golden body, off-white head. Very cheesy, sharp sour aroma, saliva, bad but not as aggressive as the Blueberry one, but still cleared by sinuses. Some mango in the taste, with cheese and vinegar, soft taste at least, aggressive sourish touch in the finish. Not good but could finish it.

Bottle, thx Papsoe! Shared with Valhalla ppl. Horrendous aroma, rotten cheese, foot fungus, Brett and some underlying blueberry, aggressive. Something went heavily wrong here. Soft, sour taste, very funky cheese and blueberries. At least the mouthfeel is okay... Man, might be the travel, but wild yeast went in a terrible direction here.

Bottle, huge thx Papsoe! Shared with Valhalla people. Dark brown body, off-white head. Berryish aroma, funky, aceto balsamico, pleasant berry notes. Dry taste, dark berries, acetic, cherry, dry prickly carbonation. Definitely unusual in an interesting way, but the body wasn't the greatest.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a small, white head. Tart Bretty and acetic nose. Medium body, an initial noble rot sweetness quickly drowned in massive vinegar notes. Super sour and oddly clean. If you like Lambics you could find a way with this, although it is far from from the complexity of the best Gueuze blends. 200223

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, reddish brown with a dense and creamy, beige head. Acetic nose blending in with a slight roastiness - unusual. Medium body, acetic tartness, some Brett + cherry notes and chocolate. A very unusual flavor pattern! But interesting and not without a certain charm. Ends dry and tart. 150223

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with a tiny, rough, white head. Tart, pukey nose. Medium body - almost watery actually - tart, both bretty and acetic. Nothing much going on here - like a watered down cheap Lambic. 150223
