Description
As a Gypsy brewer, we do not have our own brewery. We use free capacities in regional breweries - this not only helps us, but also the breweries and secures their jobs. In addition, we have more time for our true passion: trying new things to maybe put them in the bottle. Where exactly your beer comes from can be found under the information about our beers. We use a mixture of domestic and international hops. Mostly we use Hallertau hops for bitterness and complement them with American ones in aroma and dry hopping. Our malt comes exclusively from regional companies.

44cl can. A murky deep golden beer with a white head. Aroma of grapefruit, apricot, wheat malt. Taste of juicy hops, orange fruits, grapefruits, apricot, peach, tangerine, moderate bitterness.

Schöne Getreidenase, optisch unauffällig, schöne Perlung. Im Trunk recht herb, fast pilsig, hinten leicht bitter. Könnte süffiger sein.

26-03-21 // 330ml bottle. ABV-wise I would say IPA but it’s not massively hopped more subtle but very well balanced. A very „beery“ malty body. Some fruity hop aromas. Mild to medium bitterness. Trinkt sich super.
