About
As a Gypsy brewer, we do not have our own brewery. We use free capacities in regional breweries - this not only helps us, but also the breweries and secures their jobs. In addition, we have more time for our true passion: trying new things to maybe put them in the bottle. Where exactly your beer comes from can be found under the information about our beers. We use a mixture of domestic and international hops. Mostly we use Hallertau hops for bitterness and complement them with American ones in aroma and dry hopping. Our malt comes exclusively from regional companies.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is herbal hops, melon, grainy, a touch bready yeast. Taste is earthy, herbal hops, melon, grainy again, fruity aftertaste. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear deep golden with a small, white head. Aroma is moldy and buttery mixed up with sweet caramel. Medium body, lowish carbonation, again these buttery notes and then it gets sweet and yeasty.Apparently full of US aroma hops - but you can't taste them and they're certainly not used for dry-hopping. An utterly sloppy brew that once again proves, that (most) German breweries cannot handle modern styles and hops. 250618
