Lattina. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, frutto della passione e frutta tropicale.

Lattina. Il gusto al naso propende per lo speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di apparenza velata. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca porta note di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, affumicato, spezie, ananas, limone, albicocca ed erbe aromatiche.

Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con qualche bollicina grande. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente, agrumi, arancia rossa e mandarino.

33cl bottle. Pours amber, partially hazy, with fine white foam. Aroma is hoppy, toffee, herbaceous. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is fairly bitter. Final is nicely herbaceous.

On tap at Darsenale. Pours a clear golden colours, small head. Aroma is hoppy and clean, pine, citrus. Medium body. Flavours is malty, quite sweet, very clean, hoppy with lots of pine and lime, grapefruit, some tropical fruit. Really nice and superbly drinkable cold IPA.
