Cask at Windsor Castle; Drink No.3 in #no9twissup, this is one of the palest ales I’ve had clear straw yellow with a thin white head, glorious citrus hop aroma, the taste has a big Citra hit, Chris the brewer told our party that since changing hop to Citra it is the beer he wanted it to be, I can only agree, the is a beautifully crafted low ABV session beer. Cask at London Drinker beer festival 2013. A red/amber coloured pour with a medium fluffy white head on top. Really fresh hoppy, fruity, malty aroma. Tastes hoppy, tropical fruit, malty, slightly sweet. Well balanced, nice one.

Cask handpump at Cornubia, Bristol. Crestnut brown mild, flavoursome, caramel chocolate aroma. No carbonation. Nice.

Gravity dispense at the 23rd Battersea Beer Festival - 06/02/13. Lightly hazed pale blonde with a thin white head. Nose carries caramel malt, hops, grass, aspartamic sugars. Taste compries hops, pale malt, grapefruit, citrus, caramel. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Decent fayre.

Stout with a noticeable strength and feels heavy in the palate. The vanilla is noticeable although it seems to add a soapy character to the ale. What roasted malts there are, are very light.

Light golden, slight haze, thin dense white head, some lacing
Aroma of lemony hops, citrus, some grape, soft grapefruit, light pale malt
Taste of grapefruit hops, tropical fruits, sweet pale malts, resinous hops, pretty hoppy with a fair amount of sweet pale malts in there too but it’’s not a US ’hop bomb’
Palate - medium body, fairly oily texture, quite sticky, sherberty hops on the palate. Very fruity tail of sweet pale malts and bitter citrus hops
Overall - A good ’English-style’ APA - I do recall having it in Spoons last year and it was even more sweet hoppy and resinous
