500ml bottle @ 4.5%. Deep ruby, near black in colour, thin white head, minimal retention. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate, spice, dried fruits. Taste is chocolate, dark fruits, stone fruits, spice, lemon and orange peel. Near moderate body and carbonation. Very flavoursome Christmas beer with spices coming through. Lovely

Bottle. Pours cloudy dull pink, small frothy retention. Aroma of rhubarb, sugar, strawberry. Taste is sweet, tangy, rhubarb, strawberry, a little bitterness which may be from the rhubarb. Moderate body and carbonation. Very tasty actually and the sweetness is balanced better than the flavoured ciders I have had previously.

Pours black, small tinged head with minimal retention. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, grassy, a slight citrus. Taste is a little sweet with chocolate malts then a hoppy fruitiness kicks in, then a more lager grainy note with a decent kick of bitterness. The body is light but not watery and the carbonation is moderate. It somehow manages to touch on styles like stout, IPA and lager at the same time which could have been a disaster but this is very interesting and tasty session beer indeed. Lovely.

500ml bottle: BBE Aug 2021. Drank at home on 30th Jul 2020 during a Cider rating session with myself. This is a sweet, Strawberry tasting one with not much Rhubarb about.
