Cask at Dog, Burton on Trent. Pours a cloudy yellowish brown with a small almost white head and good lacing. There’s malt and honey in the aroma, plus just a hint of citrus. In the mouth it is sweet, smooth and tangy with a slight fizz and some hints of bitterness too. Flavours of banana, citrus and berry fruits. Finish has a bit more bitterness. This is not the sort of beer I would normally go for at all, but this is decent.
