16-08-16 / 500ml can. Clear yellow. Mild sour in the beginning. Nice apple taste. Good carbonation. Try finish.

Säuerlicher Kirschgeruch. Im Antrunk wie im Geruch mild säuerlich nach Kirschen, spritzig, was aber den Apfel weitgehend überdeckt. Dennoch nett. 7/8/8/6/9/7

Süßer Antrunk, der mild nach Cola und gar nicht nach Apfelwein schmeckt. Nicht so süß wie Cola Bier aber doch nicht empfehlenswert. Zum Ende trocken. 6/5/5/4/9/4

Trocken apfeliger, süffig herber Antrunk. Schnell wird der Geschmack milder, der Apfelwein trockener. Das vorhandene Apfelaroma gefällt, kommt aber nicht sonderlich stark zur Geltung. Kurzer Nachgeschmack. 7/7/7/5/7/6

Keg at 1516 St Petersburg. It pours clear very clear gold with a decent white head. The nose is earthy, musty, hay, apple pie and pear skin. The taste is crisp, clean, lightly tart, sour apple, white grape skin and straw with a bone dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Crisp, lightly tart and refreshing. Decent.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Stas & Max. Clear pale golden. Aroma of apples and a sulphury note. Dry flavor, slightly tart, slightly bitterish, with apples. Refreshing.

500ml can. Pours pale yellow with no head. Apple aroma and slightly sour apple flavour. Very watery, but then again it is indicated on the can - 35% mineral water.

0,5l can. Säuerlich-neutraler Antrunk. Etwas flach, nicht zu tief. Nette frische Apfel-Aromen, nicht zu trocken, sehr süffig mit frischer Apfelsäure. Tannine hauchzart im Ausklag, etwas adstringierend, frisch und fruchtig, frische Äpfel, mild, vom Grundton her typischer Frankfurter Apfelwein.
