Description
The adventure begins at the end of 2016 with the creation of the Beer Fabrique, our brewing and microbrewery workshop located in Paris. At the beginning of 2018 the microbrewery L.B.F. and its permanent range are born, brewed elsewhere. In November 2018 the Fundamental Bar opens its doors in Paris in the heart of Pigalle. The Fundamental Bar is also a microbrewery. After a year and a half of brewing with our colleagues, in November 2019 we started building our future brewery, which will open in 2020 in the vicinity of Pithiviers (Loiret).

From one franprix, in the Bastille area. A classical lager, rather on the German way, in a country with Belgian influence. Refreshing, malty, smooth, yeasty, a bit fruity, some hop at the final. 16.04.2022

440ml can from Carrefour, Hazebrouck. Pours unclear gold, short lasting white head. Good whack of mango puree on the nose and to taste, fruity sweet, but quite light bodied and feels a touch thin in the glass. So used to smooth full bodied IPAs with oat / wheat that this feels lacking in comparison, finishes dry. Not bad.
