Description
The adventure begins at the end of 2016 with the creation of the Beer Fabrique, our brewing and microbrewery workshop located in Paris. At the beginning of 2018 the microbrewery L.B.F. and its permanent range are born, brewed elsewhere. In November 2018 the Fundamental Bar opens its doors in Paris in the heart of Pigalle. The Fundamental Bar is also a microbrewery. After a year and a half of brewing with our colleagues, in November 2019 we started building our future brewery, which will open in 2020 in the vicinity of Pithiviers (Loiret).

Bottle from Carrefour. Decent hoppy nose. Extremely fizzy that took away from the otherwise fine middling IPA.

Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Some citrus fruit, quite malty for a DIPA. Taste: Again quite malty for a DIPA. Some hoppy citrus fruit and hints of tropical fruit, a bit herbal. Moderate sweet and light bitterness, going to (over) moderate at the finish. Not refreshing. Medium body, bellw average carbonation. Mwah... No need to try again.

Can from Carrefour Reims.
A: hazy orange, thin, off-white head.
A: mango, apricot, plum, fruit cake.
T: sweetish mango, sourish apricot, fruit cake.
F: bitter & slightly sour mango, some citric acid.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
This is basically almost a Fruited Sour or Sour IPA, which would have been a better style choice. Not bad, but stylewise beside the point.

Sights & Swills Summer Holiday Beer#85. PONTORSON. Tasty well-hopped blonde, which is quite easy by French craft standards! It's pleasant easy texture and taste makes this sessionable.
