Tap at Maxs. Oaty, wheaty, somewhat harsh and bitter for the style. Not a bad beer, just not a NE IPA at all. Specialty malt or Crystal malt tones. If this was their house pale ale, right on..NE IPA...nope. Scores seems generous..
