(Bottle, 0.33 l, at Gastropub Tuulensuu, 20110915) The beer poured deep golden and quite clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had yeast, honey and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were yeast, carboard, sourness, malts, honey and bitterness. Aftertaste was yeasty, papery and bitter. A messy tripel with not so pleasant taste.

33 cl bottle @ Gastropub Tuulensuu, no BBE info
Aroma is rather disgusting with sauerkraut and gabbage. Some sweetness does occur too. Flavour is sweet with some sugar and solvent and some gabbage too. Horrible.

33 cl bottle @ home. Pale yellow color, hazy. Soapy white head. Aroma’s of sweet fruit, wheat, malt, some ginseng (retronasal). Flavor is fairly neutral, some acidity of the carbonation. Bit watery mouthfeel. Vaguely bitter finish. Interesting if unimpressive.

Bottle. Pours cloudy yellowish gold. White head. Nose is pungent cooked rotten vegetables, trash and compost. Taste is even worse. Cooked vegetables, rotten food, surgical gloves cheap metal, chemicals and medical waste. Foul lingering aftertaste that won’t leave the palate. Two sips and drain poured. I can’t take any more of this. By far the worst drinking experience I’ve ever had and I’ve sampled Bud Chelada.

Not much going on. Appearance is OK , with a nice amber color and off white head. Hardly any aroma, just a hint of herbs & vegetables. Not much flavor either. Just some yeasty & herbal bitterness in the finish. Disappointing.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, dark amber colour with a medium-sized tanned foamy head. Moderately sweet dark malty aroma with slightly sour fruity notes of dark and red berries. Mildly sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a rather flat carbonation. Fruit-accented, almost a bit vinous taste with a dark malty touch; medicinal notes during the finish. 09.IV.11
