Bottle. Pours pitch black with a medium brown head. Aromas of smoke, vanilla, licorice, slight roast, fruity coffee sweetness. Taste is pretty sweet up front, roasted coffee beans, fruity coffee sweetness, bitter chocolate, slight licorice.

Aus der Flasche im 2017-12 getrunken. In der Nase hat dieser "Berliner" eine wirklich schöne, leicht säuerliche Fruchtnote. Am Gaumen ist die Säure überraschenderweise eher im Hintergrund und mit denen sehr stimmigen Fruchtnoten und leckerer Hefenote ergibt sich ein leckeres Sommerbier. Leider fehlt dem Bier hier ein kräftiger Körper, so daß der Abgang leider viel zu kurz ist.

Cloudy pale blond with no head. Aroma and flavour have some sweet passion fruit. Moderately tart and dry.
