Description

Bottle online from Beerhouseshop.be. Pours a dark chestnut brown colour with a large thick creamy off-white head. Aromas of dry dark fruits, caramel and a little candied sugar. Taste has more dry dark fruits, caramel, a little sweetness and a lot of peppery spice. Very well balanced. Medium body with a lively fizzy palate and a slightly oily mouthfeel. Very nice Bruin.

Cooking stoofvlees part 1. Uncertain of the vintage. 2010-2012 if I had to guess. Tasty but a hint over the top age-wise.

Bottle, 6 years old. Clear golden with big white head.ooks good for the age. Sherry, sweet malts, soft cardboard, marzipan, sugary. Quite sweet, soft bitter. You really taste the age here, it's quite good still but I prefer it fresh.
