33cl bottle. Hazy amber pour with a very thin beige head. Perfumey, fruity and spicy, with notes of bergamot, blueberries, honey, saison funk and marshmallows. It has a metallic feeling in the aftertaste, as well as in the aroma.

33cl bottle. Clear dark amber with a beige head. Dark fruit, honey, light citrus and floral hops. Light and refreshing, with a pleasant dry bitterness in the aftertaste, resembling blueberries.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Hazy amber with beige head and lots of little things floating around. Bitter herbs, hay, sour pickled cucumber, green onion, paper, pee, dried fruits. Starts ok and medium sweet but goes into a horrible bone dry nasty bitter/sour finish that feels like cotton. Bone dry feel. Nice looking bottle but very bad beer.

I was reading the rating of ShavinDragon, and thought I had that beer in the cellar somewhere as well, so lets test it. Bottle from het Biermoment, dated 17-9-2015 BB 1 year after, large sample. Hazy amber color, huge rocky head. Aroma of caramel, slight spicy, bit funky and bubblegummy indeed. Seems to have some Brett in it. Quite sour in taste, funky, slight metallic and vinegar. Malts give a hint of roast as well. The brett is somewhat ok in aroma, but when my homebrew tastes like this, I consider it a fail and pour it down the drain.

--- Beer merged from original tick of Mout Ruiming 2015 on 18 May 2018 at 10:02 - Score: 3
