Draught @ the taproom (Oct 2024). Clear copper-red with a spongy dark beige head, spicy aroma, high carbonation, mildly sweet spicy caramel taste, rye, banana flavor, very smooth body, long finish. A very fulfilling brew.

Draught @ the brewery. Faintly cloudy rich yellow with a small off-white head, faint citrus peel aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel taste that turns bitter as you go, thin body, long bitter finish. Not especially hazy, but still fine.

Draught @ the brewery. Opaque dark brown with a foamy chocolate-colored head, cocoa aroma, low carbonation, bitter dark chocolate-cocoa taste, alcohol overtones, thin body, long bitter finish with alcohol aftertaste. Boozy but satisfying.
