Tap at Sir William's, thx Vivi! Clear golden body, didn't note the head. Dry honeyish and herbal taste. Lean, dry, smooth taste, quite empty, remarkably empty, but clean and pleasant, very drinkable, but forget about (m)any honey notes! When we were consideringg which one of the lot that day would be a passable go-to beer, this one kinda won, the most sessionable of the lot.

# 4792; 10/2025. Citrus, zesty, grapefruit, herbal aroma. Murky yellow body; off-white head. Vegetable, grapefruit, herbal, dust. Medium body, medium carbonation. IPA with a flaw. Shared 0,5 l of can (díky Ondro!).

500ml Bottle - Black in colour. Liquorice, coffee and some hints of cherries in the aroma. Roasted taste with notes of coffee, chocolate, liquorice and berries.

Draught (Projekt, Ljubljana) - Brown with red tinges. Aniseed, orange and some herbs in the aroma. Marmalade, aniseed and some herbal notes in the taste.

Bottled 330ml. -from Sir William's Ljubljana, shared with Marko & Hrabren. Brown coloured, minimal off-white head that went away immediately, caramel, alcohol and dried fruits in the nose. Dried fruits, raisins, vanilla, noticable alcohol and touch of barrel. Sweet finish.

0.33l bottle from Sir Williams, brought back to Croatia and shared with Hrabren and Ogi. Murky brown body, no head. Complex aroma, some oxidation, sure, but there are raisins, prunes, coconut, vanilla, dust, vague cardboar, but but everything else just works! Medium to light taste, huge raisins, vanilla and some coconut, but relatively dry, simple, drinkable, zero alcohol warmth, just very well balanced. Great job!
