0.75l bottle, shared with Sima & David. Aroma of rye, honey, barrel and vanilla. Pours cloudy golden color with large but quickly diminishing white head. Taste starts sweet grainy, honeyish and woody, following is fruity, herbal and floral, mouthfeel is warm alcoholic, while finish is medium bitter. Nothing Chinese here, an interesting mix between an Irish and American style, dry and light malt, watery with a generous touch of U.S hop, 19.02.20, tasting it at Bonne-Espérance, Guillaume's flat, purchased through qoqa.ch

Tap at Sir William's, thx Vivi! Clear golden body, didn't note the head. Dry honeyish and herbal taste. Lean, dry, smooth taste, quite empty, remarkably empty, but clean and pleasant, very drinkable, but forget about (m)any honey notes! When we were consideringg which one of the lot that day would be a passable go-to beer, this one kinda won, the most sessionable of the lot.
