on tap at the brewpub. dark orange, looks a bit darker than the usual weizen, typically cloudy. medium big white head. typical Weizen smell, spicy, banana. medium body, light sweetness on the taste, citric, spices. quite decent nothing too special though.

from tap at the Brewpub. brown color, medium big off-white head. smells grainy, malty, light fruity, light milk chocolate. medium body, slick mouthfeel, soft carbonation, quite grainy, bready, roasty, light taste of burned grain, light grassy, lightly watery but not in a bad way, light acidic touch, decent.

Swerved a light brown/amber color, topped with a decent off-white head. Malty aroma, some noticeable notes of hops. Later on some fruity notes. Sweet start followed by a nicely bittery body. Slightly spicy/peppery finish. Liked it.

Served a light brown/dark amber color, topped with a fairly decent white head. Notes of bananas, wheat, fruit and spices (star anise) in the aroma - pretty nice altogether. Taste is sweet, some banana notes and some star anise taste. Also in the finish. Not a fan of this style, but this one was quite nice.

Served a hazy dark(er) brown color, topped with a small white head. Mix of light and dark beer. Malty aroma, some chocolate in there, some coffee notes too. Taste sweet, some mild notes of coffee in finish and also in aftertaste. Mild and non-offensive. Drinkable.

Served hazy golden color, topped with a nice white head. Little malts in the nose, some bready notes as well. Taste is sweet, fruity with mild breadiness and very moderate bitterness. Decent and refreshing.

On tap at the brewpub (and thanks Filip for the company!). Poured a hazy dark golden body, white head. Completely malt-driven aroma, with distinct note of fermented honey - read - smells a little like mead. More of the same in the taste, fermented honey, malty notes, very very light yeastiness. Sweet, with almost no hop presence/bitterness, but not an unpleasant drink, on the contrary.

Appearance: Unclear dark color with a big thick off white head. Ok lacing.
Aroma: Nutty, fruity and some roasted notes.
Palate: Medium body. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Average to soft carbonation.
Taste: Toffee, malty, fruity and mild grassy.
Overall impression: Decent easy drinkable beer.

Aroma: Caramel malty, herbal and mild fruity.
Palate: Medium body. Tad sweet and an ok bitterness. Average to soft carbonation.
Taste: Herbal, light citric, mild fruity and grassy.
Overall impression: Quite easy drinkable. Ok thirst quencher.
