Draft. A- Ginger. A-Orange color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Ginger, mild citrus. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, spiced finish. O- Tasted almost like an alcoholic ginger ale soda. That leads me to say that the beer here was not so great, but they did have some darn tasty homemade rootbeer! Apparently not alcohol is the way to go at this brewery. Nothing but ginger in this one.

Draft. A- Pink lemonade, mild tart cherry, slightly medicinal, subtle oak tannins. A- Black color, dark liquid, no head. T- Tart, lemon juice, sugar, mild raspberry, cocoa. P- Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, tart finish. O- On cask. Afraid this was going to taste like an infected porter. Thankfully it followed more of the sour ale suit and was practically only porter in color. Interesting beer. Not a favorite but drinkable.

P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- A bit on the sweet side but overall balanced. One of the better beers I had from Carillon.

Draft. A- Coriander. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Coriander, straw. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, spiced finish. O- Sometimes beers claim to be Belgian Wits and end up with too strong a coriander taste. This was way past that breaking point. Coriander overkill, but that said, it is a coriander ale. Unique for sure and I can appreciate it for what it is.
