We are George, Aggelos and George. In 2010 we started as a group home brewers. The only we had in our hands, was our taste, sufficient knowledge on how to make our own pure beer and above all, desire to experiment in new beer recipes. Driven by passion and love, and in compliance with all standards, we decided to create our own microbrewery. The Standard Microbrewery of Thessaloniki. We gathered a night in order to find a name for our beer. Tasting beer trying to inspire something really special. We didn’t find the name. But we became… SKNIPA (a Greek expression for being drunk).

Pajiza turbia, de espuma escasa. Aroma extraño, especiado, artificial. En boca es ligera de cuerpo y punzante de gas. Sabor con base malteada, notas de vainilla y contrapunto predominante cítrico. Final moderadamente amargo, con cierto gusto artificial tipo detergente. Intenta pero falla.

Almost clear golden with an off white head. This is not a brown ale. Aroma confirms it with notes of strawberry milkshake hop,grass and yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at The Hoppy Pub. Clear amber with beige head. Light grassy, mineral, light grains, caramel, dried berries, light toasted malts, grapefruit, lychee. Under medium sweet and medium bitter. Just medium bodied with a bit dry finish. Feels like less than 5% abv. Tasty.

Bottle supermarket atlas outsude platanias Saison yeast and herbs in the aroma.flavor is herbs saison yeast. Very dry. Decent refreshing dry saison

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Thanks troubles. Clear yellow, white head. Yeast, minerals, a bit of spiciness, graininess, a bit of fruitiness, bitter finish, strong carbonation.

Bottle. Golden amber color, a bit misty, white foam. Aroma: sweet, fruity, nectar, slightly citrus. Taste: sweetish, a little citrus, tea and fruit, a bit passion fruit, bitter finish.

Troszke utleniona, ale mimo to nadal owocowa, rzeska i lekka w odbiorze. Slodkawa, ale owocowo nie karmelowo. Niewysoka goryczka. Najs, 3.3
