Can. A- Malty, brown sugar. A- Copper color, hazy liquid, off white head. T- Apple, nutmeg, malty, faint tartness, burnt caramel. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, malty finish. O- The name on my can was A Beer Named After a Polka Band from a 1990's Christmas Movie. Wow, what a name. Aliased to this of course. Okay, I think this was a bit old, but it's fair.

Pour is a bright reddish with a large white head. Aroma is that white icing that is on carrot cake mostly vanilla. Flavor is more vanilla and that about does it. Once the head fizzes away this is super flat. finish is thin but leaves a nice vanilla on the tongue. This was one of those gimmick beers that fell way flat.

Can from kroger in mason ohio. Good clean fresh beery nose. Clear pale yellow. Nice big white head. Taste is pleasantly mild and civilized. No ill attitudes in this like so many other domestic craft lagers or kolsch. I know this is listed as a kolsch, but it behaves more like a well brewed pale lager. It lacks that typical sharper bitterness so common in kolsch. Yea, I'm really enjoying this, glad I picked this up. It goes down so easy. Very friendly and nice beer drinking session. Honestly, I should have bought a sixpack of this stuff. In the middle I get some hay and some fresh cut grass. Very nice. Good job sonder, I'm impressed; I need to taste more of your brews.
