Tasting @ Koelschtrinker's place. Grainy smooth beginning. Easy to drink, very soft and refreshing with a nice smooth grainy body and a moderate bitter grainy aftertaste. Round and refreshing, malty light, sessionable, smooth with a slightly boozy finish. Very nice and round.

On tap @ Gulpener Brouwerij. Smooth roasted beginning. Fruity hints, smooth and sessionable, round and refreshing mild with a dry roasted back. Nice raspberries there, smooth and sessionable.

Sweetish, slightly malty, gently fruity-grassy and a bit floral aroma of lemon peel, some grass and a touch of grains. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently floral and a bit fruity-grassy taste of grains, some grass and a touch of lemon peel, followed by a short, moderately bitter, gently grassy and quite grainy finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Okay!

Sweetish, fruity-grassy, floral and just slightly yeasty-spicy aroma of lemon peel, gooseberry and just traces of the typical Tripel aromas. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity-grassy, floral and just a little yeasty-spicy taste of gooseberry, lemon peel and a touch of vanilla, followed by a short, moderately bitter, gently grassy finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice!
