Trumer Privatbrauerei owns 1 brewery:
Description
Former name until 2006: "Privatbrauerei Josef Sigl".

The Trumer private brewery, formerly the Josef Sigl private brewery, is located in Obertrum am See near Salzburg and was founded in 1601. In 2006 the name was changed to the current company name. The Trumer private brewery is an eighth generation family business. Beer has been brewed in Obertrum am See since 1601. The brewery has been owned by the Sigl family since 1775 and is currently managed by the eighth generation of Josef C. Sigl.

The brewery uses a tight and - probably - unique and (partly) certified brewing process with 100% natural hops, an open fermentation in open yeast vats and a process of slow brewing (they take the time to let the beer mature).

330 ml bottle at home thanks to herrklemann! Almost clear pale yellow golden color with white head. Malty and hoppy aroma, caramel and butterscotch notes, bread, fruity, citrus and banana notes, grass, herbal. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Medium silky oily body with soft carbonation.

Although it's an Austrian Märzen, it's quite quaffable and not too bland. Still not loving the green bottles.

Gooseberry, melon, phenols, grass. Nice, but a bit too phenolic to be great. Feels nothing like a lager - nice genre bending.

Nice, but full of classic Trumer understatement: Well balanced and everything kinda fits, but it's a bit unremarkable.

Grapefruit, honey, grass, tangerine, pine, good white bread. Good but could feel a little harsh.

Flowers, sorrel, leaves, some herbs, dough, orange zests, some perfumy apple and citrus. Velvety smooth, leaves your mouth tingling. Good!

Refreshing, flavourful and very nice. It’s almost creamy from the tap, fresh bottles come close.
