Trumer Privatbrauerei owns 1 brewery:
Description
Former name until 2006: "Privatbrauerei Josef Sigl".

The Trumer private brewery, formerly the Josef Sigl private brewery, is located in Obertrum am See near Salzburg and was founded in 1601. In 2006 the name was changed to the current company name. The Trumer private brewery is an eighth generation family business. Beer has been brewed in Obertrum am See since 1601. The brewery has been owned by the Sigl family since 1775 and is currently managed by the eighth generation of Josef C. Sigl.

The brewery uses a tight and - probably - unique and (partly) certified brewing process with 100% natural hops, an open fermentation in open yeast vats and a process of slow brewing (they take the time to let the beer mature).

Tap at Krah Krah, Vienna. Pours clear, pale yellow with a big, fluffy white head. Light grass, pale malt and crispy bread in the nose. Nice floral bitterness in the flavor, light to medium sweet, with crisp grass and hay. Light bodied with crisp carbonation. Lightly dry finish, crisp, with fine bread, florals, light pepper and light dough. Very basic, highly drinkable pilsener.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass the same. Nice head. Starts mild, but quite dry and fresh-hoppy. Fine bitter notes. Finish dry and hoppy, some lemon notes. A good one!

Bottled 330ml (K-Kamppi, BB 07/2012, alc. 4.7 %)
Golden color, white head. Skunky nose at first, later grassy and slightly buttery. Light bodied, watery palate. Grassy hoppyness, slightly bready, dry. Classic but basic German-style "supermarket pilsener". Green bottle is fail as this should be drinken as fresh as possible.

Bottle courtesy of heavy, thanks! Pale golden body. Small white head. Dusty, slightly grainy nose, bit herbal and nicely so. Dusty peachy taste, some peppery bitterness. Meh, ok, far better than the average Austrian macro lager. I should try it fresher though.

Bottled 500ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & heavy (thanks!) Murky amber coloured, minimal white head that went away within 2 seconds, light malty nose. Sweet malty, faint fruity and light caramel with moderate sweet finish. Not bad for Trumer.
