On tap at the brewery, finally!!! Pours with a huge tan head over a flowery orange body. Aroma is huge, floral, dank, weed, citrus, dry and herbal. Taste is some sweet crystal, but finishes dry as any good DIPA will. Very nicely balanced. Tastes like it uses a hop bursting technique. Lots of floral, herbal and grapefruit hops with a restrained bitterness. Dry and excellent!

On tap at the brewery. Sometimes brett isn’t very friendly, and sometimes it is not your friend. I can appreciate this, but it is not their best sour. Pours a hazy golden particle filled body with a small white head. Aroma is like a Normandy Cider, funky, super phenolic brett character, bandaid, plastic. Some strawberry jam, a VERY smokey brett character. Taste is sour, smokey, leathery acetic. A funk filled brett phenolic bomb. Some strawberry remains. Lively bubbles, dry mouthfeel.

On tap at the brewery. Pours with a large off-white head over a hazed golden body. Aroma is funky, juicy, acidic, wine barnyard and pineapple. Taste is bracingly sour, funk, acidic, acetic (as are all Bootlegger sours). Dry and acidic, well done, better than Lambic #3 and 4 in my opinion for its clean sourness.
