On tap at the Brewery. Looking forward to the barrel aged versions. Pours with a hazed amber body and a huge tan ehad. Aroma is very hoppy, citrusy with some belgian yeast. Taste is belgian yeast, bitter, husky and burn flan. Reminds me a decent amount of the hop profile of Boulevard’s Harvest Dance. Lively Bubbles. Well done.

Bomber. Pours copper with a foamy light beige head. Aroma is rather rye with some floral hop. Medium body with mild carbonation. It really is rye, mildly roasted. The hop does seem highly floral. Might be a touch of citrus. It’s very bitter, and maybe some of that is from the malt. It’s pretty tasty, and stands apart from "normal" IPAs.

cheers go out to tpd975 for sharing this uber goodness. Amazing how peppers and beer blend well when it is done right, and this is exactly what Bootleggers has done with this beer. 22oz bomber. Pours brown, mocha head. Aroma of pepper, nutty, malt and nice coffee roast, some lactic mocha notes can be noted. Flavors, I might be a sucker for this beer, but damn the palate was just fantastic, got a lot of cafe con leche notes sweet mocha/lactic coupled with a touch of warming peppers, some chocolate. Considering the 6.7% abv, everything just meshes together nicely without the coffee or chipotle overpowering the whole experience.

Tap. For starters, this should be a CAPITALIZED Hopinator. As it currently stands, this should probably not be on the website (I’ll fix it when I’m an admin or a local admin takes care of it). This is a randalized version of rustic rye ipa. Pours with a golden body and a small off-white head. Aroma is herbal and really fresh citrusy hop flowers. Taste is citrus, caramel, light spice and herbal hops. Medium carbonation, and a lot better that the base beer!

On tap at the brewery. Pours with a clear golden body and a fluffy bone colored head. Aroma of rye malt, and earthy hops. Taste is earthy and herbal with light rye. Their pale has a better and stronger hop profile. Light bubbles.
