On Tap. Pours with a murky brown body and a large tan head. Aroma of candied yams, lots of spice, clove, cinnamon, brown sugar, and perfume. Taste is yam pie, brown sugar and spice. Medium bubbles.

Tap. Pours with a slightly hazed golden body and a small white head. Aroma of pear, apple, jam, estery, toast. Taste is dry and very fruit. Clove and all sorts of fruit (saison yeast with a ton of fruit esters?). Fizzy and dry mouthfeel.

Tap. Pours with a thick brown head over a dark brown body. Reminds me of one of my first and only horrible homebrews. Aroma of oatmeal, grain, cocoa, coffee, roast and slightly metallic. Taste is roast, dry and chalky. Metallic. Way too much dark roast as a percentage of the malt bill. Syrupy and acrid.

Brandy Chaos. On tap at the brewery. Wow, Jesper, no, this is pretty decent! Pours with an off-white head and a burnt orange body, Aroma of cherry, oak, alcohol, vanilla and toffee. Taste is alcohol, toffee, strong brandy notes, straight butterscotch (not the off-flavor kind, the dessert kind), grape skins, Light bubbles. Tannic.

On tap. Hungarian zin barrel. Pours with a golden body and a small white head, Aroma is sour with woody notes, earth, acidic tones, horse, cherry and white wine. Taste is super acidic, and fruity with a hint of popcorn, cherry and plum skins (as far as tannis). Creamy carbonation, dry finish. Lots of acid!

64 fl oz growler. Pours clear and golden deep orange with a small white head. Aroma is dense grapefruity and mild peachy hoppy. Sweet and fruity hops flavoured. Clean and crisp. Lovely. Bitter and dry finish. Lovely again.
