[ As Troost Pilsner ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grain, sweet malt, light yeasty, light herbs - vegetables. [ As Troost New England IPA ].Murky matt medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, tropical fruit, fruit juice. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruit juice, tropical fruit, pale malt. Draft @ Troost Oost location. Deep amber color, a bit hazy. Very dense off white head with good retention. Aroma's: fruity, light citrus, some malty sweetness, earthy hops. Retronasal it's fruity, light citrussy sourness, some sweetness, light bitter and resinous. Flavor is moderate bitter, light toasted malts. Medium bodied. Finishes with a longlasting firm bitterness. Pretty good by Troost standards.
