16 oz. Aroma is peppery, caramelly, bready, grassy. Pours hazy burnt orange with a one finger beige head with great retention. Taste is sweet with a faintly bitter edge; flavors like the aroma descriptors with a eucalyptus type note. Nothing wrong with the palate. Above average for style.

Bottle. A- Banana, maple, nutty, pancake dough. A- Black color, black liquid, minimal head. T- Undercooked banana bread, pancake batter, nutty, maple, dry cocoa powder, slightly bitter, roasty, medium sweetness. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, dry finish. O- I'm surprised at how many say they only get faint banana. I think the banana is really quite strong! It really makes for a great beer. I've yet to have a banana beer I didn't love. There is a strong dry pancake mix flavor that is slightly off putting but I think the rest of the flavors make up for it. The banana and maple really help it out. There is definitely a banana pancake flavor that reminds me of my wifes awesome pancakes pancakes. Very nutty too.

Bottle from Tavour. Pours dark brn/blk with a rusty smear. Aroma of coconut, chocolate with coffee notes. Very full bodied. Flavor is incredibly dark chocolate with toasted coconut, coffee and some rye spice. Not to mention burnt malt. Smooth, not dry, and bitter from somewhere. Dessert for sure.

Bottle. A- Brandy, bourbon, fudge. A- Black color, black liquid, no head. T- Chocolate fudge, boozy, oak, mild apple brandy. P- Full body, thick texture, average carbonation, big finish. O- This was very boozy but in a good way. Not harsh but like one of those liquor filled chocolates. Really nice but age might make it better.

16 oz. Aroma is chocolate peanut butter cups, floral. Pours very dark brown with a one finger tan head that falls into a ring pretty quickly. Taste is pretty sweet with a moderately bitter hoppy edge. Tastes like a pastry stout mixed with IPA. A very strange beer, but it’s not bad.

(Bottle, 0.355 l - 10% ABV, thanks Jani, 20211016) The beer poured black. Its head was small and lightly brown. Aroma had peanut butter, chocolate and burnt malts. Palate was full bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, peanut butter, dark chocolate, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste had ash, burnt malts and bitterness. A decent burnt brew with strong notes of adjuncts.
