Pour is a hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma is a white wine vinuos with a tart fruit. Flavor is a tart and fruity with a refreshing palate cleansing that drys the mouth. I hate the term "gateway beer" but I’m going to use it here. This is a good starter for the cagegory. This is the perfect beer to taste what brett can do to a beer. It is not overly tart or sour and it has just the right amount of citrus fruit that the causal sour/tart beer drinker will still enjoy this.
